The VENTORE 360 device from the Willyberg Group is a universal product that improves the comfort of work in small production rooms with an area of up to 100 m2 for one set. The device consists of a mobile filtration module and a duct fan (not included). The device is used for effective air filtration, depending on the filter used. The manufacturer recommends using a duct fan with an air flow of min. 1300m³/h. Single modules can be combined into aggregates, then the filtering power is distributed over a larger number of devices, resulting in reduced efficiency. In this system, they can be used for larger surfaces, but this may require the use of a higher power fan. As standard, it is recommended to use a fan with an air outlet for a 200 mm pipe.
Depending on the activity conducted and the filters used in the device, the VENTORE 360 module effectively ensures:
- dust removal during surface treatment (cutting, grinding),
- absorption of chemical vapours during production,
- providing clean air to the room.

Device connection options
The VENTORE 360 filter module, to which a fan with an inlet diameter of 200 is directly mounted, operates in a closed system and causes the purified air to remain in the room (no heat loss).
By using an additional 200 mm pipe from the filter module, the fan (electrical device) can be moved outside the filtered room (e.g. outside the place requiring special fire protection), then the warm and purified air returns inside.
It is possible to connect the filter module via a pipe or a 200 mm duct to an existing ventilation system or to another device, e.g. sawdust extraction.
VENTORE 360 can be mounted in any way, directly to the wall or on an original platform equipped with wheels with a brake, which allows the device to be moved closer to the workstation.

The set of 4 cartridges contains a mixture of activated carbon. The cassettes (each weighing 25 kg) are mounted directly to the device and secured from the outside with a preliminary mesh filter and a frame.
Activated carbon is a graphite substance that was specially prepared during the production process and then impregnated to absorb fumes.
Pores in activated carbon have strong adsorption properties.
Based on cooperation with our Certified Filter Supplier, it is possible to regenerate them multiple times, which reduces operating costs.
Activated carbon filters are designed to filter styrene and hydrocarbon vapours.
At the customer’s request, we are able to adjust the filter parameters to other vapours based on the specifications.
Fan selection
Taking into account our experience and that of our clients, we recommend using a duct fan from Dospel brand with a BLDC engine in Tesla-200 fi inverter technology with an air flow rate of 1,300 m³/h or another duct fan with a similar air flow rate.
